Coaching
services are purchased on a month-to-month basis.
A monthly format includes both phone time and
email time.
The monthly fee is
determined by the format of sessions a coach provides.
For example, calls can vary from 30 to 60 minutes.
Frequency of calls can vary from 3 to 6 per month.
The standard fee
range is $265 - $420 per month, depending on the agreed
format of sessions a coach provides.

Calls to discuss your goals
and costs.
INTRO Calls allow us
to get acquainted with your background, your challenges
and strengths, the goals and timeline you have in
mind. We then recommend a coach, format and fees.

ADD cuts across all backgrounds, education and income
levels. Our group
is committed to serving adults from all walks of life.
Our coaches devote a portion of their
time to the Special
Rates Program (SRP). The SRP is available to clients
with true financial need. Fees are adjusted to fit the individual budget.
To
apply for the SRP, prospective
clients need several things:
solid motivation, openness and integrity in the fees
discussion, patience with a wait list of about
two weeks.

Call we discuss your situation and goals, then
recommend a coach and fee structure. If you are ready for coaching, assume we can fit your budget.
