What
does a month of phone coaching actually look like?
The purpose here is to offer information on how a
typical
month of coaching works. A good
ADD coach will employ some
combination of the following three contact systems. |
| |
|
| 1. Work Sessions |
2. Support Sessions |
3. Check-ins |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Phone sessions may be 30 to 60 minutes in duration,
and the format may include 3 to 6 sessions each month.
Weekly email is used extensively to maintain contact. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
The ADD coach you work with individually
will offer a recommended format for your particular
situation.
You can schedule a free INTRO call and Talk to Coaches. |

These are the longer
sessions, where the core work is done. Ranging 45 to
60 minutes, depending on the coach, the dialogue and
instruction covers the primary topics, like goals and
challenges, skills and knowledge about ADD, strategies
and sytems for moving forward. Try our Challenges
Check List to
help clarify goal areas. |
